J.D. Caron & Associates’ President, Jill Caron, has been a successful insurance recruiter for over forty years. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). She has served as the president of the National Insurance Recruiters Association and is currently the ethics chair. She served for many years on the local and state boards of the California Staffing Professionals Association. Jill started J.D. Caron & Associates Inc. in 1985 and continues to be passionate about the insurance search profession.
